
Immediate Trauma Care 4 hour course $100
This 4-hour course is designed for civilians willing to step in and save a life. It is founded on the guidelines of Tactical Emergency Casualty Care (TECC) . Topics covered include bleeding control, treating penetrating chest trauma, addressing shock, communicating with first responders, and understanding the chain of survival. This course offers a TECC Active By-stander certificate of participation. TECC is the globally recognized standard for initial, pre-medical, first aid. This course also includes Stop the Bleed certification, which is the official Department of Homeland Security training on treating massive bleeding. It is designed to certify individuals through the American College of Surgeons program dedicated to increasing public ability to provide immediate care in bleeding situations.
